Riviv Mobile IV provides mobile IV hydration, wellness, and related services. Services may include IV hydration and vitamin or wellness therapies as offered by Riviv Mobile IV.

All services are subject to appropriate screening, evaluation, availability, and clinical determination. Not every individual is eligible for every service.

Riviv Mobile IV reserves the right to decline, modify, delay, or discontinue a service when a qualified healthcare professional determines that the service is not appropriate or safe under the circumstances.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Information provided on the Riviv Mobile IV website is for general informational purposes and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Website content should not be interpreted as a guarantee that any particular treatment will be appropriate for you or produce a particular result.

Riviv Mobile IV does not provide emergency medical care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe symptoms, difficulty breathing, chest pain, loss of consciousness, severe allergic reaction, or another potentially life-threatening condition, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention.

3. Eligibility for Services

You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting or receiving services.

You agree to disclose relevant health information, medications, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy status when applicable, and other information reasonably necessary for a healthcare professional to determine whether a service is appropriate.

Providing incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in a service being declined or discontinued.

Age Requirement: Riviv Mobile IV does not provide IV hydration or wellness services to individuals under 14 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies regardless of whether a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult provides consent or permission for treatment. Individuals under 14 will not be eligible to receive services from Riviv Mobile IV.

Clients who are 14 years of age or older but under 18 years of age must have the consent and approval of a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving services. The parent or legal guardian must remain physically present on-site for the entire duration of the IV therapy session. Parental or guardian consent alone does not waive Riviv Mobile IV’s age requirements or other eligibility criteria.

4. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability.

When scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and any information reasonably necessary to complete the appointment.

Because Riviv Mobile IV provides mobile services, you are responsible for providing an accurate service location and ensuring that our healthcare personnel can safely access the location.

Riviv Mobile IV reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment because of weather, traffic, staffing, medical concerns, unsafe conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. However, appointment cancellations and no-shows may affect our ability to serve other clients.

Our cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies may be provided during the booking process and are incorporated into these Terms.

Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be disclosed before or during scheduling whenever reasonably possible.

Riviv Mobile IV reserves the right to modify its cancellation policy from time to time.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services are displayed on our website, booking platform, or otherwise communicated to you before services are provided.

Prices may vary based on the service selected, additional treatments, travel distance, applicable fees, or other circumstances.

Payment may be required at the time of booking or before or after services are provided, depending on the service and applicable booking requirements.

You authorize Riviv Mobile IV or its designated payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for authorized charges.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or billing errors and to update service prices at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased except where otherwise permitted by law.

7. Mobile Service and Travel Fees

Riviv Mobile IV provides services at mobile locations within its designated service area.

Additional travel fees may apply when an appointment location is outside our standard service area. Any applicable travel fee will be communicated before services are provided.

Service availability may vary based on location.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the circumstances involved.

Because certain services involve the preparation of medical supplies and the allocation of healthcare personnel, services that have already been provided may not be refundable except as required by applicable law.

Any applicable refund or cancellation terms communicated at the time of purchase will also apply.

9. Website Use

You agree to use the Riviv Mobile IV website only for lawful purposes.
